Takahiro
Kimura
Takahiro Kimura was born in Tokyo in 1965, where he later studied landscape painting and fashion drawing. He has illustrated for advertisements and books, while at the same time creating his own style by experimenting with collages and combining photo fragments with brilliant colors. He has become particularly interested in the human face. He strives to show the complicated nature of the human spirit in his art. His fascination with the human face led him to produce a series of collage animations, bringing his drawings to life. He has published an art book, as well as a short film.
